Current status : The building is a single-story service kiosk building with a flat roof and 16 kiosks, with a total construction area of ​​approximately 545m2 (averaging about 34m2 per kiosk). Due to its age, some parts of the building show signs of wear and tear and deterioration (damp walls, peeling floors, etc.).

5. Origin of assets: These are assets of the Railway Trade Union's Culture - Sports - Tourism Center, auctioned in accordance with the law.

IV. Auction Organization Plan

2. Time and location for viewing the auctioned property:

Property viewing registration period: From June 22, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 23, 2026.

Property viewing time: From 8:00 AM on June 24, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 26, 2026 at No. 69 Nguyen Du Street, Sam Son Ward, Thanh Hoa Province.

3. Date and time of sale of auction invitation documents; Date and time of acceptance of auction participation documents; Location for sale of auction invitation documents and acceptance of auction participation documents:

From 08:00 on June 15, 2026 to 17:00 on June 30, 2026, the auction will take place on the online auction website https://daugiaso5.vn and at the headquarters of Tan Dai Phat Partnership Auction Company.

4. Fees for purchasing auction participation documents, deposit amount, start and end dates for payment, and payment methods;

Individuals and organizations not falling under the cases prohibited from registering to participate in auctions as stipulated in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Auction of Assets and other relevant legal regulations, must register to participate in online auctions on the online auction information website https://daugiaso5.vn; purchase auction documents, submit auction participation documents, and pay a valid deposit to the asset auction organization as prescribed by the Law on Auctions from 8:00 AM on June 15, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 30, 2026. In cases where the law stipulates conditions for participating in the auction, the auction participant must meet those conditions.
